Cells Apoptosis
Apoptosis is a fundamental biological phenomenon of cells and plays a necessary role in the removal of unwanted or abnormal cells by multicellular organisms. It plays an important role in the evolution of organisms, the stability of the internal environment, and the development of multiple systems. Apoptosis is divided into different stages.
1.early apoptosis
The first characteristic of early apoptosis was the medial eversion of the lipid membrane, and the detection index was Annexin V
The second characteristic of early apoptosis: mitochondrial membrane potential changes, detection index: JC-1.
The third characteristic of early apoptosis was the activation of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP), as measured by MPTP.
2. metaphase apoptosis
Caspase activation causes apoptosis-related changes, including three mechanisms: cleavage of apoptosis inhibitor to activate nucleases; Destruction of cell structure; Regulation of protein function.
3.late apoptosis
Late apoptosis is characterized by chromosomal DNA fragmentation; Detection index: Tunel staining.
